Here are some suggestions for beginning your research.
-- for the series titles:
-- for the subject headings:
- Christianity and other religions - Roman
- Church history - Primitive and early church, ca. 30-600
- Fathers of the church
-- anywhere for the phrase "Apostolic Fathers" enclosed in quotations.
In the Main Campus Orlando Library's reference collection on the 2nd floor (entrance floor), locate "Civilization of the Ancient Mediterranean" at REF DE 59.C55 1988 and look at the article in volume 2, pages 1047-1073, "Christianity". The article identifies some of the early church fathers, such as Augustine, Tertullian, Arnobius, Lactantius, Cyprian, Saint Ambrose, Saint Basil, et al., from which one can perform an author search in the library catalog.
Other books available on the 1st floor:
- The Ante-Nicene Fathers: Translations of the Writings of the Fathers Down to A.D. 325 - General Collection BR 60.A52
- The Apostolic Fathers - General Collection BR 60.A6 2003
There is also a useful website, Early Church Fathers, from the Christian Classics Ethereal Library based at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigah.
