Interlibrary Loan referes to when UCF borrows items from other libraries for you. These are generally books, media, articles, and book chapters that are not available through the UCF Libraries. This service is available to all UCF students, faculty, and staff.
Document Delivery refers to items that are owned by the UCF Libraries, but are delivered without you having to physically pull books or media off the shelf or photocopy articles. This service is only available to faculty, staff, graduate students, distance learners, students with disabilities, and students at UCF's branch and regional campuses.
See the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Department's Services page for more information.
