You may request books, articles, theses, or conference proceedings through interlibrary loan.

Multimedia materials such as DVDs, VHS tapes, compact disks, or CD ROMs can be requested but may be difficult to obtain due to lending restrictions at other libraries. Newly released, best selling books are also very difficult to borrow.

Unless available in microfilm or microfiche, the following materials are not generally available for loan:

  • Pre-1800 imprints
  • Rare books
  • Newspapers
  • Manuscripts
  • Genealogical materials such as vital records, country records, etc.

See the Interlibrary Loan Department's FAQ for additional information.
