Interlibrary loan requests are free to faculty, staff and students up to $25. If the charges are greater than that, the library will cancel the request and ask you if you are willing to pay the different between the price of borrowing the item and the $25 the ILL department will pay. Ninety-five percent of the requests are free to patrons.
