You must have an activated UCF library card (which is also your UCF ID Card) in order to request materials through ILL and document delivery. If you attempt to submit interlibrary loan requests and you do not have an activated library card number, the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services department will put your requests on hold and attempt to contact you by email. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in the cancellation of your requests.
