Florida Statutes was not published in 1966. Prior to 1968, the Florida legislature only met in odd numbered years. So, the 1965 Florida Statutes was the current version until replaced by the 1967 Florida Statutes.
Print copies of the Florida Statutes are available on the 1st floor of the Main Orlando Campus John C. Hitt Library in the Government Information Collection -- Florida Documents AG 5 .S8/ (1927, 1941-43, 1951+)
See the Legal Research: Florida guide for more information.
From 1968 on the Florida legislature has met every year. However, through 1998 statutes for even numbered years were published as a supplement to the previous year's Florida Statutes rather than as a stand-alone. For example, to see the statutes in effect following the 1994 legislative session, you would need to look at the 1993 Florida Statutes plus the additions and deletions to those statutes as published in the 1994 supplement.
